Volvo Uptime Promise is an extra optional service offered on the Volvo Gold Service Agreement when your truck is plated 90 tonne or less. It is our promise to deliver maximum uptime to your business. If you experience an unplanned stop, we promise to have you back on the road ASAP.
From the moment you log the stop with Volvo Action Service, the clock starts. If it takes longer than 8 hours, we start compensating you. You can choose between a loan truck (if available) or financial compensation.
Volvo Trucks is the first truck brand to commit to having trucks with unplanned stops back on the road in under 8 hours.
The 8 hour time limit begins as soon as you log the call with Volvo Action Service. You can hit the VAS button in your truck, or call 1800 086 586. Volvo Action Service is available any time, any day, anywhere in Australia.
Volvo Uptime Promise applies Australia-wide. Backed by Australia’s largest dealer network, you’re always close to a Volvo workshop. Any work carried out is performed by technicians who are specialists in Volvo trucks, and they always use genuine Volvo parts.
