EOFY Truck Health Check and 10% Parts Discount Promotional Offer 2026
Terms and Conditions
1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, for the cost of $50 (incl. GST) eligible customers may receive:
a. a basic Impact maintenance inspection (Truck Health Check); and
b. a 10% discount on eligible retail parts recommended for replacement as a result of the Truck Health Check, where those parts are purchased from, and fitted (subject to workshop availability) by the Participating Dealer that undertook the Truck Health Check (Parts Discount).
2. The Truck Health Check is offered by Volvo Group Australia Pty Ltd T/A Volvo Commercial Vehicles Australia and participating authorised dealers (Participating Dealers) between 15 May and 30 June 2026.
3. Truck Health Check must be booked between 15 May and 30 June 2026. No bookings will be accepted after 30 June 2026. Truck Health Check may be completed up to 31 July 2026. Booking availability may vary and is subject to the Participating Dealer’s hours of operation and any other reasonable restrictions, conditions or limitations notified by the Participating Dealer.
4. This offer is available only for Volvo, Mack and UD trucks within the eligible vehicle age range, being a build date from 01/01/2016 to 31/07/2026. Electric vehicles are excluded.
5. The price of the Truck Health Check ($50 including GST) includes only the labour required to undertake the Truck Health Check. The cost of any parts, repairs, consumables, any additional services or reasonable additional charges are excluded from the price of the Truck Health Check. Additional charges will be disclosed prior to being incurred.
6. The Truck Health Check is a visual and diagnostic inspection only and does not constitute a full mechanical assessment or guarantee of vehicle condition. The Truck Health Check does not guarantee identification of all faults.
7. The Truck Health Check and any subsequent parts and services purchased are subject to the Participating Dealer’s normal terms and conditions associated with such offerings and will be shared with eligible customers prior to undertaking the Truck Health Check.
8. To receive the Parts Discount, the customer must, within 5 Business Days after the Truck Health Check, book with the same Participating Dealer to have the eligible parts fitted. Any booking is subject to workshop availability and constitutes a commitment to purchase and have those eligible parts fitted, by that Participating Dealer.
9. The Parts Discount does not apply to labour, consumables or over-the-counter parts sales.
10. The Parts Discount applies only to the Participating Dealer’s standard retail price. It cannot be combined with any other discount, fleet pricing, VIP pricing, package deals or other promotional offers. Where a customer has an existing discount equal to or greater than 10%, that existing discount will apply.
11. GST is included in advertised prices where stated. Tax invoices will be issued by the Participating Dealer.
12. All Truck Health Checks, parts supply and fitment are subject to Participating Dealer availability, workshop and parts availability.
13. Customers are under no obligation to proceed with repairs or parts replacement.
14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Participating Dealer’s Privacy Policy.
16. The promotion may be amended or withdrawn at any time in accordance with applicable law.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
18. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
