The team of four, consisting of Mohammed Firoz Jalil, Aryan Chand, Dennis Kurian and Rachel Cuddihy, took on teams of technicians from across Australia and New Zealand to win the right to represent Australia at the global VISTA final in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The competition pits technicians and dealer staff against a range of theoretical and technical problems within the dealership environment requiring exceptional problem-solving skills, product knowledge and teamwork.

“It’s always a pleasure to see out technicians come together for this competition,” says Martin Jerresand, Vice President, Service Market and Retail, Volvo Group Australia. “The skill of our technicians drives our customers’ success.” “A stationary truck doesn’t earn any money.”

“I congratulate Team CHAMPIONS and wish them the best of luck competing on the world stage in Sweden.”

VISTA is one of the largest service market competitions in the world with over 14,000 technicians competing globally and 488 competing in Australia and New Zealand. The world final will take place in Gothenburg between 7th and 11th of September.
